If Outlink AI is not for you, cancel from billing settings within 14 days of your first payment. The full amount is refunded to your card automatically and the plan ends straight away - there is nothing to request. It covers your first workspace, once per person. There is no separate free tier to fall back to - a workspace without an active plan cannot send.

Every email the autopilot sends counts against your daily limit - first touches, follow-ups, and replies alike. Warm-up mail runs on its own separate budget and does not count, and neither does a one-off test send you trigger by hand. The limit resets every 24 hours.

It is a hard ceiling on what the autopilot can spend on your behalf in a month - paid placements and the data it uses to find and qualify prospects. The ceiling comes with your plan rather than being a number you type in, so moving plan is what moves it. The autopilot pauses that spend at the cap and never exceeds it. Your subscription price is separate.

Yes. Cancel from billing whenever you like. There is no contract and no cancellation fee; your plan simply stops renewing at the end of the period - or, inside the first 14 days on your first workspace, ends at once with a full refund.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual at any time. Either direction takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference - so a downgrade moves you onto the lower plan's limits right away, with the unused part of what you already paid credited against the next invoice. If you have more inboxes or campaigns than the lower plan allows, disconnect or archive the extras first.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from settings. The deletion is honored end to end - we remove your workspace data rather than just deactivating the login.
